Attention:
1）Annual Review：A comprehensive evaluation of the scholarship recipients’ performance in the previous academic year will be conducted every May to determine their eligibility for continued scholarship receipt.
2）Any falsification or misrepresentation in the application materials will result in immediate disqualification from admission and permanent blacklisting by the university.Current students involved will be disciplined, including but not limited to scholarship revocation, forced withdrawal, and expulsion.Relevant cases will also be reported to higher education authorities and the exit and entry administration bureau.
3）International students may receive only one type of scholarship during their studies in China.
4）International students who have already obtained a scholarship are not allowed to apply for or switch to other types of scholarships during their studies in China.

Extra Notes:
1-Registration fee: 500 RMB (non-refundable) needs to be paid after passing the Initial Review (Documents Review)
2-Accommodation fee:
Single room: 12,000 RMB per academic year
Double room: 9,000 RMB per academic year
Quad room: 6,000 RMB per academic year
Note: On-campus accommodation is not guaranteed.
The International Student Union of the university will assist new students with off-campus accommodation.

- ✔ Academic Transcripts (scanned color copy): Academic transcripts (from the undergraduate program onwards). Copies of academic records from first to last semester during the undergraduate, master (if any), and doctoral programs (if any) shall be provided. These transcripts shall be issued and sealed by the attending university's academic affairs office, graduate school, or student management department.
- ✔ Highest Degree Diploma (scanned color copy): Highest academic certificate, graduation certificate or degree certificate. If the applicant is about to graduate or is currently employed, a pre-graduation certificate issued by the school or an employment certificate issued by the employer must be submitted accordingly.
