Extra Notes:

1-Registration fee: 500 RMB (non-refundable) needs to be paid after passing the Initial Review (Documents Review)
2-Accommodation fee:
Single room: 12,000 RMB per academic year
Double room: 9,000 RMB per academic year
Quad room: 6,000 RMB per academic year
Note: On-campus accommodation is not guaranteed.
The International Student Union of the university will assist new students with off-campus accommodation.

• ✔ Academic Transcripts (scanned color copy): Academic transcripts (from the undergraduate program onwards). Copies of academic records from first to last semester during the undergraduate, master (if any), and doctoral programs (if any) shall be provided. These transcripts shall be issued and sealed by the attending university's academic affairs office, graduate school, or student management department.
• ✔ Highest Degree Diploma (scanned color copy): Highest academic certificate, graduation certificate or degree certificate. If the applicant is about to graduate or is currently employed, a pre-graduation certificate issued by the school or an employment certificate issued by the employer must be submitted accordingly.
• ✔ Foreigner Physical Examination Form:

• ✔ English Language Proficiency Certificate: TOEFL iBT: 80, with a minimum score of 20 in each section； IELTS Academic: 6.0, with a minimum score of 5.5 in each band； or Duolingo English Test: 115, with a minimum subscore of 115；

• ✔ Two Letters of Recommendation: Two letters of recommendation (written only in Chinese or English) from professors or associate professors shall be submitted. One of the letters must be from the supervisor at Southwest University.Need to be signed by the referrer and attached to the work unit, contact information and official seal of the unit
• ✔ Residence Permit: Applicants in China need current visa/residence permit page.
• ✔ Study Certificate in China: If you have studied in China need Study Certificate and Transcript.
• ✔ Others: Published academic papers, patents or other research results (if any, please provide)
• ✔ List and Abstracts of Published Academic Papers: if any
