SCHOLARSHIP POLICY
Type: Type A (4 years)
1.Original tuition: 16,000 RMB/year
Freshman scholarships are divided into Class B and C, as follows:
Class B: Free tuition & insurance & on-campus double room accommodation fee, monthly stipend of 1,500 RMB
Class C: Free tuition & insurance & on-campus quadruple room accommodation fee
Notes:
1. The freshman scholarship only covers the relevant expenses for scholarship recipients during their first year in China. From the second year onwards, students can apply for in-school scholarships based on their academic performance, conduct in China, participation in academic and cultural activities (students who extend their studies are not eligible). For applicants who are rated Excellent, Good, Pass, or Fail in the scholarship annual review, the second-year scholarship will be adjusted accordingly;
2. The in-school scholarship funding standard (only funds the current academic year) is divided into Class A, B, C, and D, as follows:
Class A: Free tuition & insurance & on-campus double room accommodation fee, monthly stipend of 2,500 RMB
Class B: Free tuition & insurance & on-campus double room accommodation fee, monthly stipend of 1,500 RMB
Class C: Free tuition & insurance & on-campus quadruple room accommodation fee
Class D:Free tuition& insurance fee
2.Accommodation Fees:
Single Room: 1350 RMB/month
Double Room: 750 RMB/month
Quadruple Room: 400 RMB/month
Monthly Stipend: (免学免住有补贴)
Extra Notes:
1.Registration fee: 500 RMB (non-refundable) needs to be paid after getting the digital pre-admission. (After receiving the official admission email, scholarship recipients must pay a registration fee of 500 RMB through the school's financial system within 7 working days. No late payment will be accepted. If the registration fee is not paid on time, it will be regarded as an automatic withdrawal.)
2.Applicants for this program must take the Mathematics and Chinese for Humanities sections of the “Academic Proficiency Test for Undergraduate Admission to Chinese Universities” (CSCA Test) administered by the China Scholarship Council (CSC) under the Ministry of Education of China, and submit valid transcripts.

Required Documents:
- ✔ Passport-sized Photo: Applicants must upload a two-inch color, bareheaded registration photo with a white background and no border, in JPG format, with a size of 100-500KB.
- ✔ Passport ID Page: (Valid later than March 1, 2027). Applicants must submit clear and complete color scanned copies, including the information page and the previous page.
- ✔ Academic Transcripts (scanned color copy): The scanned copy of the transcript should include the grades of the high school (if applying for an undergraduate program), undergraduate (if any), master's (if any), and doctoral (if any) study periods, up to the most recent semester. The transcript should be issued and stamped by the academic affairs office of the school attended or the relevant student management department. Transcripts in Chinese or English can be provided. If the language is other than English, an English translation must be provided separately and notarized.
- ✔ Highest Degree Diploma (scanned color copy): The original academic certificates obtained must be color-scanned and uploaded. Notarized official translations of texts other than Chinese or English are required. Fresh graduates should provide the original pre-graduation certificate issued by their current school and supplement the official documents when reporting for enrollment.

- ✔ Chinese Language Proficiency Certificate: HSK 5 or above certificate.
- ✔ Application Form:
- ✔ Study Plan: The content should include basic personal application information, personal statement, existing research achievements, research goals and specific study plans (more than 1,000 words), as well as post-graduation plans. The content can only be written in Chinese or English.
- ✔ Self-introduction Video: The content includes: (1) Self-introduction; (2) Understanding of China; (3) Study Plan in China. Format: AVI, mov, mp4 are all acceptable. The language should be based on the teaching language of the applied major. The size should be within 50M and the duration should not exceed 180 seconds.
- ✔ Guarantee Letter for Applicants under 18 Years Old:
- ✔ Residence Permit: Applicants in China need a valid visa or residence permit.
- ✔ Study Certificate in China: If you have studied in China need Study Certificate and Transcript.
- ✔ Others:
- ✔ Copy of China Scholastic Competency Assessment(CSCA)transcript: Mathematics and Chinese for Humanities
