Yan'an Road Campus:
Single Room: 110 RMB per day
Double Room: 60 RMB per day
Double Room: 75 RMB per day
Group Room (3-4 people): 45 RMB per day
Note:1-Except for the double room (75 RMB per day), which includes water fees, water and electricity fees for other on-campus accommodations shall be paid separately.

2-All the rooms are equipped with private bathroom, furniture, air conditioner, TV set, fridge and Internet jack. In the public areas, there are washing machines, microwave oven, hot and cold water dispenser and electronic stoves, common room, laundry service, self-study lounge and activity room. 

Songjiang Campus:

Double room: 50 RMB per day

Multiple-bed room: 35 RMB per day

Note:Each room is equipped with TV set, fridge and internet jack. A public bathroom and a public kitchen (washing machines, water dispenser, microwave oven, electromagnetic stoves) locate on each floor. Utility fees (hot water and electricity) should be paid by student themselves.

    The passport should have at least 6-month validity.
  • Academic Transcripts (scanned color copy):
    The transcripts of all grades/semesters of both your master's and bachelor's degree period.
  • Highest Degree Diploma (scanned color copy):
    Diploma and certificates of graduation of both your master's and bachelor's degree period.
  • Foreigner Physical Examination Form:
  • Non-criminal Record (scanned color copy):
    Issued by the local public security authority (such as the police station), usually issued within six months prior to the submission date of the application.
  • Chinese Language Proficiency Certificate:
    Chinese taught majors: HSK 5 Certificate (at least 210 score).
  • Economic Guarantee Letter:
    Fill the blanks and sign by the applicant and the sponsor.

  • Study Plan:
    Written in the teaching language of the program you apply for. One to two pages to articulate coherently and concisely an outline of your research topic and why this research is important. Put your research proposal into context with published literature, and develop an initial research plan. Do use the template cover provided by the university with the signature of the supervisor.
  • CV:
    Written in the teaching language of the program you apply for, including your personal information, contact details, academic history, professional experience, publications and presentations, qualifications and skills, awards and honors, grants and scholarships, licenses and certificates, etc. Gap between each experience should not exceed three months.
  • Two Letters of Recommendation:
    Written in English or Chinese by two people who know your competencies, personal character and accomplishments, include their names, signatures and contact details (especially email address). At least one letter should be from a past or current professor or academic adviser. Another could be from someone in a slightly different role, including an employer, a research adviser, a senior colleague, or a professor from a different department.

    All visa pages are required if you have been to or if you are currently in China.

    If you have studied in China need Study Certificate and Transcript.
