Academic Transcripts (scanned color copy):Provide the student's junior high school transcript or high school transcript. The transcript must include complete course and grade information for each academic year (semester). The certification requirements are the same as above: for contracting states of the Hague Convention, apply for Hague certification; for non-contracting states, provide the certification issued by the Chinese embassy or consulate in that country. When the academic transcript is used in China, a Chinese translation is usually required as well.

Highest Degree Diploma (scanned color copy):Provide a clear scan of the student's junior high school graduation certificate or high school graduation certificate. The certification requirements are the same as those for the birth certificate: for countries that are parties to the Hague Convention, apply for Hague certification; for non-participating countries, provide the certification issued by the Chinese embassy or consulate in that country. When the graduation certificate is used in China, a Chinese translation is usually required. For current students who have not graduated yet, they can first provide a proof of being in school (pre-graduation), and submit the graduation certificate after graduation.

Foreigner Physical Examination Form:Valid for less than six months. The physical examination should be conducted at a qualified public hospital or inspection and quarantine institution in your country. The report must be signed by the examining physician and stamped with the hospital's official seal.

Guarantee Letter for Applicants under 18 Years Old:When entrusting a person from within China to act as a guardian for the student, the following documents are also required: a power of attorney and a guarantee letter (for Hague Convention countries, apply for Hague certification; for non-contracting countries, provide the certification issued by the Chinese embassy or consulate in that country); the power of attorney and guarantee letter usually need to be accompanied by a Chinese translation when used in China; at the same time, the copy of the ID card and household register of the person being entrusted (the guardian) must also be provided.

Others:Please provide a clear photo or scanned copy of the original birth certificate of the student, and apply for the corresponding certification: For birth certificates issued by a contracting state of the Hague Convention, a Hague certification is sufficient; for those issued by non-contracting states, they must be certified by the foreign affairs department of the country before being processed for a consular certification by the Chinese embassy or consulate in that country. When using the birth certificate and its certification documents in China, a Chinese translation is usually required. It is recommended that it be translated by a formal translation agency and stamped with the official translation seal.
