3-Accommodation fee:
3000 RMB/year (four-person room)

12000 RMB/year (single room)
All rooms will be unified as double rooms, equipped with independent bathrooms, air conditioning, complete furniture, each unit has a kitchen and a washing machine, and the public area is equipped with a direct water dispenser. 24-hour hot water + property maintenance services are provided.
