• ✔ Passport-sized Photo:
• ✔ Passport ID Page: The validity period of the passport should be later than September 2026
• ✔ Academic Transcripts (scanned color copy): Provide transcripts in both Chinese and English from the undergraduate stage onwards, with the official seal of the school. If the language is other than English, an English translation must be provided separately and notarized
• ✔ Highest Degree Diploma (scanned color copy): If the applicant is a current student, they must submit a certificate of expected graduation or a certificate of enrollment issued by their school. If the language is other than English, an English translation must be provided separately and notarized
• ✔ Foreigner Physical Examination Form:

The content should mainly include the applicant's study goals and requirements in China, the cooperation between the school or the Chinese supervisor and the foreign supervisor, or the inter-school exchange situation, as well as the evaluation of the student's comprehensive ability and future development. The letters can only be written in Chinese or English
